Auditions for "On Golden Pond" will be held at the Harbor Playhouse on Feb. 9th & 10th at 7:00 p.m.  Please be prepared to read. Script for the show will be provided. Please provide a current photo, if possible. Auditions are open to the entire community, and new faces are always welcome.

Ernest Thompson's On Golden Pond has been embraced by theatergoers since its first off-Broadway run in 1978 and by moviegoers since its 1981 adaptation. Themes of mortality, family relationships, marriage, and generations all play out at Norman and Ethel Thayer's small lake house in Maine beside Golden Pond. This touching, funny and warmly perceptive study of a spirited and lovable elderly couple facing their twilight years introduced a significant playwright to the world of theatre.
