Ponderous Productions latest feature film "VOSOT," written and directed by Brett William Mauser, will have it's Corpus Christi Premiere at Gators Indie Film Night on Wednesday June 13, 2012.
The cast and crew is a mix of new comers and veterans from the South Texas area including Corpus Christi's own Santiago Villalobos, Radio Personality Gil Oteen and Filmmaker Christopher Ambriz. Other cast members include Justin Riley, Pamela D. Hardy, Nikki Young, Kirk Harrison, Marc Daratt, Everette Henderson, Craig Rainey, Sally Colombo, Aisha Love and Taylor James Johnson. Gators Indie Film Night will host Ponderous Productions Trailers and "VOSOT" in the Main Showroom with the feature film starting at 9:30 p.m. Q&A will follow the film. The One Man Project, Art Barrera will be playing music on the patio. |



"VOSOT" - an acronym for "Voice Over/Sound On Tape," a production term for a type of news story - is a satirical look behind the scenes at a fictitious television station in Texas, exposing the methods and madness behind what viewers see on their favorite evening newscasts.
