The inaugural South Texas Hero's 5K Run/Walk will be held April 29th at Heritage Park starting at 8:00 a.m.  Proceeds from this event will be contributed toward the 114th annual Hospital Corpsman Benefit Ball, Wounded Warriors Project and USO South Texas.

Event Fees:
5K Run/Walk - 15 and up $20; $25 starting March 29, 2012.
$30 at packet pick up and on race day.
14 and under $20; $25 at packet pick up and on race day.
No refunds.

Awards:
1st through 3rd Male and Female, 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and up.
Top Over All Male and Female and Top Over All Male and Female Masters (40 and up).

Age group awards will be based on chip time. Overall winner awards and masters: m/f, will be based on gun time. No duplication of awards.
