The Corpus Christi IceRays traveled north to Frisco, Texas, where they took the ice with the Tornado and were unable to finish off 2012 with wins. Texas won easily on Friday night 6-1, while on Saturday; the IceRays could not overcome a dominating goaltending performance by Hunter Leisner, falling 4-1.

The IceRays return home this weekend as they host the Texas Tornado at 7:05 PM on Friday and Saturday night, Dec. 9 - 10. It's also "Grades for Blades" night on Saturday where students are awarded tickets for good grades!

The Jingle Bell 5K Run-Walk benefiting Bikes for Kids will be held Saturday, Dec. 1st at House of Rock. This fun filled family run will also include a Kids 1K, so everyone can participate in this festive event in downtown Corpus Christi. Santa will be greeting you at the finish line with a Post-Party at the House of Rock. Register for the race and help raise money to provide a new bike for a child this holiday season.
