A casting call for fashion models will be held Aug. 28th to find talent for the Sun Fest, which will be held on the bayfront in Corpus Christi, Texas, on Sept. 24th.

Organized by Aveda Institute Corpus Christi, and co-sponsored by local business leaders such as Budweiser, La Palmera, The Planet, city officials and more, Sun Fest is this year’s most anticipated fall festival by the beach in Corpus Christi, Texas. On Saturday, September 24, 2011, from noon – 9:30 p.m., McCaughan Park will be filled with people from the Coastal Bend sharing music, art, fashion, good times, good food and drinks, activities for all ages, innovative ideas, local culture and history.

CASTING CALL - FASHION MODELS

One of the featured events at Sun Fest will be a unique fashion show that will showcase the talents of the Aveda Institute while providing an opportunity to learn more about the American Indian culture.  Please find below the casting call info:

• Sunday, Aug. 28th: noon - 2 p.m.
• Aveda Institute - 2nd level at La Palmera
• Open to male & females ages 15+
• No need to bring anything, as you will simply be showing your walk during this "go see."
