In 2011, Los Magnificos brought this considerable experience and talent to the first ever Battle on the Bay Car Show & Concert inside the American Bank Center. With a focus on Latin music, the event featured legendary artists including The HomeTown Boys and La Conquista. With it's strong following, Los Magnificos easily filled the inside of the American Bank Center with hundreds of outstanding cars from across Texas and Oklahoma for this first time event.

The event returns to Corpus Christi on August 12th, 2012, and will again be held at the American Bank Center. This year, the event has grown to include both hip-hop and Latin artists. Headlining the event will be legendary hip-hop artist Slim Thug. With famous songs like
"Smile," "I Run," "Like A Boss," and collaborations like "Still Tippin" and "Check Up On It," his music has been played world-wide. In addition to Slim Thug, the event will feature various up-and-coming hip-hop artists such as Flatline, Dapper Don, Dezi B, and others. Also, various Tejano artists are scheduled to perform as well at this one-day event.

This year's event will also feature a kids zone with moonwalks and a rock climbing wall, a car hop competition, bikini contest, and vendors from throughout Texas in addition to the show stopping cars and all-day concert action. You don't want to miss this year's event!
