The food tasted exactly like I remembered it from my childhood. The service was excellent and everyone was very friendly. Felt like we were regulars not out-of-towners who were just passing through.

Pros	The food at Chicken Shack is always good. The owners are great people and I enjoy visiting with them while I eat. I usually do "take out" and enjoy great food while relaxing. Go eat at Chicken Shack you will be glad that you did.
Cons	I can't think of anything that is wrong their wonderful......

The facilities were super clean, and everything is well organized. Many fast food restaraunts in this area do not keep up maintenance as well as the Chicken Shack.

I remember eating Shep's Chicken Shack as a little girl, and the recipe hasn't changed a bit. It still has that southern homestyle taste that my family has love for years, and hopefully many more to come!

All in all, the service is great, the food is great; it's a great famly environment. Two thumbs up all the way around!

Pros	The service was terrific, I felt as though my part as the consumer was greatly valued. The food is always fresh and delicious. There is hardly ever a wait for my meal, everything is served fast but without the taste of "fast-food".
Cons	Too many choices, and they're all great! I wish there were more locations, I live on the Southside and it would be more convenient if there were one closer. But the drive to Calallen is always worth it!
