In 1929, not far from where you sip today, the Yarbrough brothers founded the Nueces Coffee Company. Importing quality coffees through a still young Port of Corpus Christi, Texas they toasted and ground the coffee beans just before they were served as rich, simmering mugs of java. Today, at Agua Java, we've combined the Yarbrough's principles of freshness and quality with today's technology to bring you Corpus Christi's premium coffee bar and bakery. We import only Specialty Grade Arabican coffee beans from Latin America. Roasted in small batches throughout the day, our coffee beans are ground only seconds before they're perfectly brewed with state-of-the-art equipment. And you get a welcome pause from a busy world-hot, dark, gourmet coffee, freshly baked delights, hearty sandwiches and old world values served to you by friendly people committed to brightening your day.
