Get ready for America's Birthday Bash on Wednesday, July 4th as Corpus Christi hosts its annual Big Bang Celebration!  Our country's Independence Day will be celebrated with some new activities and those tried-and-true traditions that have been with us for years.

Here's the complete schedule of events:

7 am - Solomon P. Ortiz Center

4 For The 4th

10 am - Sherrill Park

Independence Day Ceremony
Corpus Christi Mayor's Committee on Veteran's Affairs & the Corpus Christi Veteran's Band invite you to celebrate our independence.

10 am - 4 pm ONLY - County Courthouse Parking Lots

RTA Parade Shuttle
A FREE Park & Ride shuttle every 5 minutes takes you to & from Shoreline & Kinney. No shuttle service after 4:00 pm.

10 am - Art Museum

Dollar Day
$1 Admission until 5 pm

11 am - Shoreline Blvd

Stars & Stripes Parade
The Buccaneer Commission & Bucarader Organization present our patriotic parade!

1 pm - Shoreline & Kinney

FunDay KidZone
Rock climbing wall, CCPD/CCFD vehicle display & inflatable activities for kids of all ages. Food and beverages for purchase.
