Come on Downtown the first Friday of every month between 5:30 and 9 pm and join us for art, music, entertainment, refreshments and lots more. September's ArtWalk on Friday, Sept. 3, will feature a skit with Major Joe Adame and K Space Contemporary to kick off their annual fundraiser, Wig Out. Music in the park will be provided from approximately 6 - 8 p.m. by "The Banned."

The entire community is invited to attend the Rock the Rail Music Festival & Skate Competition, which will be held Sept. 18th from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. at the Brisco Pavilion on Padre Island. Come enjoy a full day of music, extreme sports competition and fun activities for the whole family! Proceeds will go towards building a new skate park in Flour Bluff.

The Corpus Christi Grand Opening event specifically for the small business community is set for September 1 @ 6:30 PM at Coastal Bend Parameds, 5722 Esplanade. There is no admission charge for the event which will include a business mixer and an introductory overview presentation on MainStreetChamber.
